Is Ludeña Foot Care a medical or podiatry clinic?
No. We provide non-medical cosmetic and routine services within the scope of a Texas Manicurist license. We do not diagnose or treat disease, infection, injury, or medical conditions of the foot.
Do you serve clients in Spanish?
Yes. The full service, explanations, and recommendations are available in Spanish and English.
What if I have a wound, swelling, or signs of infection?
In that case we do not perform the service. We postpone the appointment and recommend evaluation by a physician or licensed podiatrist.
Can you remove an ingrown toenail or cut a callus?
No. We do not extract or remove nail tissue, and we do not cut living skin. Our work is cosmetic, superficial, and non-invasive.
Do you serve children?
Yes, always with a parent or guardian present for the entire service. We make no pediatric medical claims.
Do you serve people living with diabetes?
We provide routine grooming only on fully intact skin, after a pre-service safety screening and, when appropriate, with medical clearance. This is not diabetic foot treatment.
