What the appointment looks like, step by step

  1. 1. Initial conversation

We listen to your history, your discomfort and your background in Spanish or English, without rushing.

  2. 2. Visual safety check

We look at the skin and nails. If there are signs of infection, a wound or inflammation, we postpone the service and point you to a physician or licensed podiatrist.

  3. 3. Routine care

We work with clean, disinfected instruments, a gentle technique and pauses whenever you need them.

  4. 4. Home recommendations

We explain how to keep the result, what to watch for and how often it makes sense to come back.

When you should see a physician or licensed podiatrist

If you have any of these signs we do not perform the service and we ask you to seek medical care:

  • Intense or increasing pain
  • Redness, warmth or swelling
  • Drainage, pus or a bad smell
  • Open wound, bleeding or ulcerated skin
  • Loss of sensation or changes in color or temperature
  • Diabetes with foot complications or poor circulation
